We want to inform you that a third-party card provider recently experienced a security incident affecting a limited number of user-issued cards. We'd like to reassure you that there has been no breach or compromise of Astropay's systems.
Some users may have noticed suspicious activity on their cards. For those affected, we have already taken steps to secure the accounts, issued replacement cards, and will ensure that all impacted users are fully refunded.
We continue to monitor the situation closely and are strengthening our security systems, along with those of our providers, to help prevent future incidents.
